Or when my iphone mirror pics just aint cutting it...
I wish I had a person to take blog photos for me...
Standing infront of a tripod and waiting for an automatic timer can get annoying...
A tripod can't tell you if your hair is sticking up, or if you're out of the frame...
And if I had someone to take my pics for me...I wouldn't have to worry about all the crazy stares from passerbys when I use my tripod...
:Sigh:
But, I'm thankful for my tripod...because it holds me down when no one is around to take my blog pics.
Anywho, I wore this outfit for a "cousin night out" with my cousins. We went to a bar in Midtown, NYC called Brother Jimmy's and we had so much fun. Ahhh I love my cousins! Before I left New Jersey to head to the city, I wanted to snap some outfit photos, but I was soooo late and didnt have time to set up my beloved tripod. So I snapped some mirror iphone pics...dirty mirror and all. Please don't judge me, I have roommates lol.
Before we left the bar, I asked my cousin to snap a full-body pic of me...This will have to do until I get my cameraman haha!
Anybody else wish they had someone to take their blog pics whenever they need?

You look cute and comfy! Girl, I totally identify with your issue! I would love to take only outdoor pics but I'm not bold enough to set my tripod up outside and get crazy stares and questions...So, I am forced to mediocre indoor pictures if I don't have someone to take them outdoors.....So, I feel you totally :-(

Why thank you! I appreciate the compliments. Im sure you would look great in braids! You just have to find a style that fits you. I love having my hair in braids because its "no fuss". I like not having to worry about styling my hair in the morning. Lol yes I've had people stand on the sidelines while I posed in front of my cam. It makes me soooo uncomfortable! But i love your attitude...I need to be more like you and not care who looks!
DeleteI totally agree with you, S&P and PDG...the tripod is a tough method but a necessity in this "world!" I wish I had a sis like S4C who I could pay to take my pics. LOL! I've gotten to the point that I just take the pics as I'm rushing out the door to work and pray that they don't have my head totally cut off and show enough of my outfit for viewers to get the idea. LOL! Anywho, you look fabulous - I adore that skirt and hope you had a blast!

That is too funny. You know how many times I thought I was in perfect shot, but my head was cut off. Grrr i hate when that happens lol.
