I participated in the Blog Trends chat on twitter last night and I am soooo glad I did. Its a great chat to participate in especially if you are a newbie blogger. You learn so much on how to grow and improve the quality of your blog. I received so much great advice and I'm really excited to put it into action. The chat is at 9pm EST on Mondays. Anywho, this is the outfit that I wore on my actual birthday, February 27th. The banging bumble bee dress (as I like to call it), from this post is what I wore for my bday celebration a couple of days earlier. When I purchased this amazingggg blazer I knew I was going to wear it on my bday. Originally I had planned to wear red jeans with it, but for some reason I opted for a striped dress that day and I'm glad I did because the stripes on stripes look great together! Its a good thing that I decided not to wear the red jeans because I tried to wear them today and they wouldn't go past my thighs lol. I guess I will be giving them away and back on the search for a pair of red jeans.
On my bday I had work and class until 9pm, so I wanted to look cute, comfy, and not too overdressed. I received so many complements on this outfit. The oxfords were a last minute shoe change. I planned on wearing the black wedge booties I wore this post, but I didnt want my feet to be begging for mercy at the end of the day.
This facebook birthday wish made my day. Very inspirational...God's anointing teaches me all things. And yes my real name is not Cherrie lol. Cherrie is my household nickname (you learn something new everyday huh!).

H&M had one but it was blue&white...I want a black and white one *whines*...I am loving the new style of photos...especially the close up of the watch and the natural light, large black door, brick wall setting....I'd love to see more up close photos of your accessories, shoes, bags and even detailing on clothing LOL...the #blogtrends chat was amazing....remember what we chatted about....and the advice from Ty....can't wait to see how you incorporate everything looking forward to seeing great stuff!!!

Sherry why do you always have to add pressure with your comments lol (for example, give me more work to do). Thank you for the compliments! The person who took my photos, suggested that we take it in the place we did...glad you like them. Its hard to get close up images with my tripod of accessories etc., but I will try to take some. Definitely check out Conway for the blazer. I got mine about a month ago, but they might still have some in stock!
