Hope you all are doing lovely and feeling great!
A couple of weeks ago I headed to Sephora in Columbus Circle, NY to attend a tweet up event hosted by Ty of Gorgeous in Grey and Christen of Divas and Dorks. I was superrrr late (per usual), but I'm so glad I went. I had a blast and it was lovely getting to meet some fabulous bloggers! At the event $25, $50 & $100 Sephora giftcards were given away as prizes as well as AT&T smartphones. We had to answer questions that Ty and Christen tweeted with the #NYFWRRR hastag in order to win a prize. Unfortunately I didn't win any of the prizes, which is not surprising because I never win anything lol. Guests also enjoyed mini cupcakes sponsored by Tonnie’s Minis and received makeovers from Sephora staff. Since I arrived to the event so late I didn't get a chance to get a makeover, but I did get a chance to sample some yummy cupcakes and network with people in the fashion and beauty world! Her and I hit it off so well! Shes so down to earth. Her name is Jennifer and she will be starting a beauty blog soon. I will update this post with the link when she does. I'm trying to get her to participate in the DGR! series too.

ReplyDeleteYou should definitely come to events like this! At first it can be a little intimidating...but its great to build your network with other bloggers. A mentor?! I feel so honored lol. We should def go to events together.
