Many dark-skinned women, like myself, have struggled with self-identity issues because of the color of our skin. CherrieAmore is hoping that the "Dark-Skinned Girls Rock!" (DGR!) series will encourage dark-skinned women to embrace their beauty and gain self-confidence!
